Where you choose to connect a calendar to iNOM, we request permission to view and manage events on that calendar. For Google Calendar this is the Google calendar.events scope; for Microsoft 365 / Outlook Calendar this is the Microsoft Graph Calendars.ReadWrite permission. We use this access solely to:
iNOM does not read, modify, or delete events unrelated to bookings made through iNOM, and does not perform two-way calendar synchronisation. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted within our AWS Australian region infrastructure and are scoped to your account only; no other iNOM user can access your calendar data. We do not sell, rent, or share your calendar data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models. You may disconnect your calendar at any time, which revokes iNOM's access and invalidates the stored token.
iNOM's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of information received from Microsoft APIs is governed by the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use.
iNOM's Automated Lead Capture lets you connect external lead sources so that enquiries from those sources flow into your iNOM workflow. The sources you can currently connect include Facebook and Instagram lead ads and Google lead form ads.
When you connect a lead source, we request permission to access the lead forms or lead data associated with the account you connect, and to receive the enquiries submitted through them. We use this access solely to:
The information we receive through these connections is lead data submitted by your prospective clients, such as name, email address, phone number, and form responses. iNOM collects and routes this data on your behalf; you remain the controller of your leads and are responsible for how you contact and handle them.
iNOM does not post to your connected accounts, does not access content unrelated to your selected lead forms or sources, and does not use this data for advertising or to train machine-learning models. Lead data and authentication tokens are stored encrypted within our AWS Australian region infrastructure and are scoped to your account only. We do not sell or rent this data, and we share it only as necessary to provide the service to you.
You may disconnect any lead source at any time, which revokes iNOM's access to that source. To request deletion of data collected through these connections, contact us at hello@inom.ai (see "Your Rights" above).
Our handling of data received from each connected platform also complies with that platform's terms:
